Warming Tray Power Consumption Test Method
Distinguish stated rated power, instantaneous input power and cumulative energy over time. Do not substitute one concept for another.
Current Status:The method is published; verifiable test results or third-party reports are not yet available.
Suggested Test Conditions
| Startup Heating | Start from stable ambient conditions and run until preset conditions are reached, recording the power curve and cumulative energy. |
|---|---|
| Steady-State Warming | After reaching the set conditions, continue for a fixed duration and record control cycles and cumulative energy. |
| Additional Functions | State whether powered rotation or other independently controlled functions are on or off. |
| Size and Load | Specify the actual tested size, number of dishes, contents and arrangement separately. |
Recording and Disclosure
- Record supply voltage, frequency, power meter model and calibration status.
- Disclose the test duration and definitions of average power, peak power and cumulative energy together.
- Do not generalize results from one size or operating condition to an entire series.
- Do not state energy-saving percentages or cost promises when the page has no actual measured results.
