Warming Tray Temperature Uniformity Test Method
Records temperature distribution across measurement points under the same settings. All results must be published with the specific size, environment and load conditions.
Current Status:The method is published; verifiable test results or third-party reports are not yet available.
Suggested Test Conditions
| Sample Identification | Record the series, actual model or SKU, size, serial number and sample condition. |

| Environment and Power Supply | Record room temperature, relative humidity, input voltage and the test surface. |
| Temperature Measurement Points | Include the center, different radii and edge points; fix their locations using photographs or a coordinate diagram. |
| Operating Conditions | Record the temperature setting, preheating duration, whether the test is unloaded and the standardized load used. |
| Output Fields | Temperature at each point, average, maximum, minimum, maximum temperature difference and timestamps. |
Evidence Publication Requirements
- List temperature instrument names, models, ranges and calibration status.
- Retain continuous raw records rather than showing only selected individual screenshots.
- Results apply only to the stated samples and conditions, not to untested models.
- Update dates whenever page results, report attachments or product specifications change.
