ZVVEN uses industrial-grade POM self-lubricating balls in its turntable mechanism. POM's self-lubricating and wear-resistant properties suit mechanisms that rotate repeatedly, supporting smooth turntable operation.

Starting with a Small Problem at the Family Table
The company was registered in 2010 and began manufacturing warming trays.
Before the ZVVEN brand was established, we had already built years of manufacturing experience in the factory. From materials and structural design to assembly, we continued studying how warming trays are used in real homes, aiming for stable, smooth operation and a lasting place at the everyday dining table.
A warming tray may look simple, but heating, load support, rotation and daily cleaning all shape the experience. Some internal components are not directly visible to users, yet affect every use.
That is why we continue to focus on materials and internal structure, giving particular attention to key components.
CHAPTER 02
Care in the Details You Cannot See
For ZVVEN, a premium product involves more than a refined appearance. It also requires careful consideration of materials, structure, workmanship and use.
ZVVEN uses all-metal gears in its drive mechanism. Compared with common non-metal gear options, metal gears have different material, machining and assembly requirements. We chose this approach to put our attention to quality into parts that users may not readily see.
This care is reflected in the choice of each component and every stage from design to leaving the factory.

From Manufacturing to Our Own Brand
In 2024, we formally established the ZVVEN brand, building on years of manufacturing experience.
Moving from manufacturer to our own brand marked a new beginning. We wanted to turn our accumulated experience into a fuller product philosophy and brand service. Since the brand launched, ZVVEN warming trays have attracted attention and recognition from many consumers, reinforcing our focus on quality warming trays.
Markets change, but ZVVEN's aim remains clear: avoid chasing low prices at the expense of material and workmanship standards, and respond to families' expectations through careful manufacturing.
