We began manufacturing warming trays in 2010 and established the ZVVEN brand in 2024. From the materials and structure behind a product to the design and service customers experience, we bring that accumulated knowledge to every new step.

2010Manufacturing Beginnings
THE BEGINNING

Beginning with Warming Tray Manufacturing.

Our experience in warming tray manufacturing began in 2010. Focusing on food warming and family dining needs, we started with production, material selection and assembly processes, gaining knowledge through hands-on manufacturing work.

This stage gradually taught us that a product's feel in use is closely tied to the structures and components beneath its panel. That attention to detail later became a foundation of ZVVEN's brand philosophy.

Turning Manufacturing Experience into Product Understanding.

Before establishing the brand, we continued to build experience with warming tray materials, internal structures and assembly details. Heating, rotation, load support and cleaning may seem separate, but they all come together at the user's table.

Through this process, our view of product value became clear: useful, reliable, beautiful and lasting. Making a good product means considering these requirements together.

2024ZVVEN brand established

From Manufacturing to Our Own Brand.

The ZVVEN brand was established in 2024. Years of manufacturing experience found a new expression: connecting products and users through a clear brand philosophy, and extending attention to quality details into home design, product information and service communication.

In moving from manufacturing to building a brand, we want users to understand products more fully and every ZVVEN warming tray entering a home to have easily accessible brand and service support.

At the same time, the website continues to improve product information, dining guides, manuals, warranty terms and authenticity verification, so users can find relevant information and contacts from selection and verification through everyday use.
